Full Description
Remains of a mill lade which is depicted on the OS 1st and 2nd edition maps. It runs from a weir on the Burn of Sourden at NJ 28973 51271 to a mill pond for Dundurcas Farm (NJ25SE0028). Part of the lade (centred NJ2916550964) was recorded during field survey in May 2022 ahead of a proposed overhead 132kV line (NJ25SE0078). It comprised a linear ditch 0.5 m wide and 0.5 m deep.
