Full Description

A number of small quarry pits scattered across the surface of a bluff on the east side of Glen of Rothes. Four horizontal banks or tracks cut across the lower face, with three hollows or banks running upslope and across them. It is not clear what these represent. Site visit during a walkover survey by Highland Archaeology Services in November 2021 (NJ25SE0065) noted that the feature was inaccessible due to trees and vegetation.
