Full Description

Small enclosures containing rigs and footings of structures, visible on aerial photographs taken in 1998. RCAHMS site visit 1996 recorded three phases of cultivation. The earliest comprises broad sinuous rig, aligned roughly north-south, at the top of a south-facing slope. To the south is a row of small fields, their walls reduced to broad grass-grown banks which are aligned with the rigs traces of which remain within. Further south is an area of improved ground which had been taken in with stone dykes by the time of the 1st edition OS map.
