Full Description

Two buildings, one with an attached square enclosure, are depicted on the OS 1st edition map. On the 2nd edition map these are no longer depicted but another building, part disused is depicted to the north, on a slightly different orientation. Footings of this building still survive. Site visit in July 2014 as part of a walkover survey carried out by Headland Archaeology (NO79SE0050) in connection with a proposed wind farm noted the remains, the enclosures to the north heavily overgrown with gorse.
