Full Description
Cairn measuring 8.5m in diameter and 0.5m high, with a second small cairn, 2.3m diameter 0.3m high, lying circa 15m west-southwest of the main cairn. A further 20m to west-southwest there is probably a third cairn. There may be more hidden by gorse thickets. Forestry Commission SMR records a number of small clearance cairns centred west of the present forest track at NO85859893, with a linear bank to the southwest and larger clearance cairns to the west. The cairns continue to the top of Oldman Hill, to the southeast where the ground becomes wetter and also cover the hill on its northeast side behind the present houses.
