Full Description
Tenement, still in residential use, built in the late 19th century. It is a tall two-storey and attic, two-bay above ground, small tenement constructed from red sandstone ashlar with projecting cills and some stugged margins. The grey slate roof has and a small cast-iron rooflight, coped ashlar gablehead stacks with cans and ashlar-coped skews with flat skewputts. The principal north elevation has two later timber doors, each with a plate glass fanlight, in a bay to the west with a window to the east and regular fenestration to each floor above, those to attic breaking the eaves into elaborately-scrolled pediments.
