Full Description

Mausoleum and burial ground. The private mausoleum, dating from 1741 and remodelled in the mid 19th century, is oblong and in gothic style, with curvilinear gables. The walls enclosing the burial ground are of rubble, built to the contours, with ashlar gate piers. Several urns were found circa 1687 when the foundations for a wall were being dug around the Barclay burial-ground on the Houff of Ury.
