Full Description
Castle which probably dated from mid 16th century. A three storey tower house with vaulted pend and pronounced label corbelling to stair turrets. The Castle has later additions and internal alterations. The entrance archway to courtyard remains. A stone dated 1695 is built into part of an extension.

First mentioned in 1297 on the Ragman Roll; current building mid 16thC, later wing date stone 1695.
