Full Description

Farmstead, depicted on the 1st edition OS map as a U-plan steading, open to the east, with horse-mill attached to the west side. By the time of the 2nd edition OS map, the steading had been extended to the northwith the addition of a square plan steading with central courtyard, and the horse-mill had been removed. Today, only part of the earlier steading survives, in the form of two small buildings, while the courtyard of the later northern steading has been infilled. Converted for residential use.
