Full Description
An oval enclosure, hut circle, small cairn and two stoney banks, recorded by RCAHMS site visit in 1984. The hut-circle (NO 7202 9815) measures 8m in diameter within a stony bank up to 2.5m thick and 0.4m high: the interior appears to have been sunk beneath the surrounding ground level. The enclosure which may also be a hut circle, lies 5m to the east and measures 7.8m by 6.6m within a stony bank up to 2m thick and 0.3m high. The banks are situated to the northwest and south-southeast of the hut-circle respectively, while the cairn (3m in diameter by 0.4m in height) lies 20m to the north.
