Full Description
Remains of a small croft depicted on the 1st edition OS map as a single building with a square walled enclosure to the west. On the 2nd edition map, the building is shown as unroofed. Footings of a small enclosure, structure and larger enclosure were recorded during walkover survey by Highland Archaeology Services in February 2024 ahead of proposed native woodland planting (NJ11NE0127). The building measured 9 m by 6 m, the wall footings up to 0.3 m high with some stones, including corner stones visible. The smaller enclosure to the east measures 12 m by 9 m, the larger 19 m by 17 m.
