Full Description
Remains of a cairn, comprised of a mound 7m in diameter and 0.2m high, eccentrically placed within an oval bank. Within the bank there is a shallow ditch, now partly filled with modern clearance. The word 'shiels' appears to be modern and applies to the knap on which the cairn is situated. Another possible cairn lies 8m to the east-northeast, measuring 5m diameter, 0.3m high.
