Full Description
ROW OF DERELICT COTTAGES. CONSTRUCTED FROM DRESSED SANDSTONE WITH BRICK INTERNAL WALLS. CONSISTS OF AT LEAST 3 TWO-STOREY TERRACED COTTAGES WITH FURTHER OUTBUILDINGS TO THE SW. FEATURES OBSERVED INCLUDED 2 BLOCKED WINDOWS IN THE NORTHERN GABLED END, INTERNAL FIREPLACE AND CHIMNEY FEATURES WITHIN THE COTTAGES AND A TRIANGULAR STONE FEATURE ABOVE ONE OF THE ENTRANCES. Recorded during coastal zone assessment survey carried out by SCAPE between February and March 2009.
