Full Description
Remains of a harbour, still in use. A sheltered natural harbour augmented by a slipway and crab winch. Recorded during coastal zone assessment survey carried out by SCAPE between February and March 2009. The harbour was accessed via a concrete slipway with wooden tracks which runs parallel to the coast edge and which has collapsed into the sea at the bottom. Rock from the cliff has collapsed onto the slipway. An abutting harbour wall to the southeast has also been partially demolished by erosion. The crab winch was not located.
