Full Description
Classical detailed tenement in an irregular terrace with a ground floor shop, built in 1888. Three-storey and attic, 4-bay, L-plan, with bull-faced sandstone and ashlar to the front, squared and stugged to the rear, architraved margins and a pend to the left. A small cornice is above the ground floor, the first and second floor have cill cornices, with an eaves cornice above.
