Full Description
TWO FALLEN ANTI-TANK BLOCKS, 2m IN LENGTH AND 0.6m IN WIDTH, LYING IN THE SEA. Recorded during coastal zone assessment survey carried out by SCAPE between February and March 2009. During World War II a single short line of cubes and a roadblock barred a blow-out in the dunes. These were reinforced in 1941 by beach scaffolding.
