Full Description

Walled gardens of Craig House (NO75NW0389), built in the 17th century. Adjacent to the north, west and south of the house, set within the designed landscape (NO75NW0010). Shown on the OS 1st edition map with orchards in the north garden, with greenhouses along the north wall. The orchards are not shown on the OS 2nd edition map. The garden rubble enclosures average 8-12 ft / 2.4-3.7 m high. The greenhouses are no longer shown on the OS current edition map.
