Full Description
Former Craig schoolhouse, dated 1790 with a later extension and a projecting porch, now in residential use and known as Craigwell House. Shown on the OS 1st edition map as a rectangular school building with a central, small projecting porch to the east. Shown on the OS 2nd edition map with additions forming an L-plan building. The former schoolhouse is plain, 2-storey, with painted stucco, a slated roof and with a former small single-storey schoolroom attached.
