Full Description

Classic mansion house, built 1820, with a billiard room addition circa 1880. Shown on the OS 1st edition map set in a wooded designed landscape (NO75NW0650), with a walled garden to the north with greenhouses along the north wall, an entrance lodge (NO75NW0009) to the northeast of the house with entrance gates (NO75NW0011), and stables to the northeast (NO75NW0008). The listed building cover the large 2-storey and basement house, with pedimented bays, Ionic-columned porticos and a flyover stair. Ashlar and harled walls, with a dentilled cornice and parapets with urn finials.
