Full Description
Forestry Commission field survey ahead of forestry operations has recorded various features of field systems. At NO 6746 9875 is a stretch of boundary dyke occurs within the present early modern dyke but which is not depicted on the 1869 OS map. At NO 6751 987 is a platform at the foot of a slope which might be structural. At NO 6752 9878 is the denuded remains of the south and east sides of an enclosure. At NO 6756 9872 are remains of a probable dyke. At NO 6756 9872 - NO 6800 1984 there are various small clearance cairns. At NO 6792 9860 are the remains of a probable enclosure.
