Full Description
The war memorial of Fettercairn forms the lynch gate into the cemetery, which lies to the southwest of the village. It commemorates the dead from both World War I and II. It is a roofed lynch gate with the memorial plaques set into the walls on either side. It was erected on January 8 1922. Some of the lettering is slightly faded. There are also a number of war graves in the cemetery with a special section for both the Royal Air Force and the Canadian Air Force. Full transcription of memorial held in AAS Digital Archive.
