Former Manse Of Logie Pert, built in the late 18th century, remodelled in the later 19th century including the addition of the east wing. Adjacent to the east is a steading, shown as L-plan on the OS 1st edition map, and as a quadrangular-plan with an open courtyard with an opening in the southeast on the OS 2nd edition map. A garden enclosure is adjacent to the southwest of the house, shown on the 1st edition map. The listed building covers the 2-storey, L-plan manse made irregular-plan by the later additions. Cream coursed ashlar sandstone with polished dressings to the south elevation, squared and snecked rubble sandstone elsewhere, with the west elevation harled. The south elevation has single windows enlarged to form bipartites. The property has a variety of glazing patterns, including 12-pane sash and case to the north and west. The roof is slated, with block skewputts to the later wing, corniced gablehead stacks and moulded octagonal cans. Adjacent to the west is the former Manse Lodge (NO66SE0165), now Manse Cottage. Photographic recording was carried out in 2024 ahead of proposed works.
