Full Description
Former Corn Exchange, now a public house, built in 1855 to a design by architect Charles Edward of Dundee. Annotated as market buildings on the 1st edition OS map. It is a two-storey Renaissance building, with a pedimented centre bay and wings, and a rusticated ground floor. Between 1912 and 1959, the building was used as a theatre and cinema, renamed for this time as the 'Olympia'. Now public house.
