Full Description

A single wooden pole circa 2 m tall in the intertidal zone. Metal bar inserted through the top of pole. Local information said this is the sole remnant of a series of anti-glider poles erected across Lunan Bay in World War II. Recorded during coastal zone assessment survey carried out by SCAPE between February and March 2009.
