Full Description
The low grass-covered footings of a sub-rectangular building, 9m x 4m, lie at the edge of a conifer plantation on the north side of the road to Birse Castle. It is depicted as ruined on the OS map of 1865, along with a second building to the east of it. This latter structure could not be found during the survey, so it may have been destoyed by the road being put through.
