Full Description

A group of six buildings lie southwest of Ballochan. All but one are depicted on the OS map of 1865 as Bruntland. On the west side are two substantial stone building footings, one 12m x 5m, showing roofed on the 1865 map. The other 12m x 4m is not depicted on the map. It has a cron drying kiln at its north end. To the east are the remains of the four other buildings ranging in size from 3m x 5m up to 4m x 11m, all showing as roofed on the 1865 map.
