Full Description
Enclosures: two small enclosures - sheepfolds - attached to the outside of the stone dyke that encloses the improved land of Ballochan. They consist of low rubble walls, the smaller measures 7m x 3m. They are beside a small parking/turning area at the end of the public road. The larger has been damaged by the levelling of this area. A sheepfold is depicted on the OS 1st edition map.
