Full Description
Pill box, type 22, of World War II date. It stands on top of a mound on north side of the A93 road just west of Aboyne. It is six sided, with one door and six loopholes, two in the side opposite the door. The walls are of stone (granite) the roof concrete. It was part of the Scottish Command River Dee Stop Line.
