Full Description
A souterrain lies circa 100m north-west of Auchnafoy Farm. It has dry-stone walls slightly corbelled towards the stone-lintelled roof. Several of the lintels have been replaced by wooden beams. The entrance in the east is blocked with stones and is overgrown. Recent entry has been through a hole in the roof midway along the passage. There are signs of slight collapsing on the north side, where there has been some animal intrusion, possibly rabbits.
