Full Description
Ordnance Survey trigonometrical survey point (OS trig point) depicted on the 5th edition OS map. It is in the form of a pillar constructed for the mid-20th century retriangulation of Great Britain. An earlier, 19th century, trig point is depicted on the 1st and 2nd edition OS maps within the vicinity.
