Full Description

House built circa 1935. A 2-storey, 3-bay, dormerless attic corner building of ashlar construction with raised belt and string courses. The south (principal) elevation to Airlie Street has a central recessed door in a moulded architrave, with symmetrical bays of single 12-pane timber sash and case windows on the ground and first floor. There is a recessed quadrant bowed corner with a ground floor moulded door piece and a first floor single window with a balcony projecting above a fluted apron, with a deep quadrant parapet above. The east gable onto St Andrew Street is blank at the ground floor with two first floor single 12-pane timber sash and case windows, with an off-centre attic light above. The straight skew-gabled slated roof has large ashlar gable end chimney stacks.
