Full Description
Entrance gates to Carsegownie (NO55SW0004), dating from the late 17th or early 18th century, with the flanking walls and gates circa 1840. Square classic piers in V-jointed ashlar with ball finials mounted on sculptured bases and inscribed 'M.O. and G.C.'
The OS 1st and 2nd edition maps show the lines of the flanking walls and entrance gates at the entrance to Carsegownie Farm.
