Full Description
Remains of an ice-house which is shown as an L-plan and a rectangular building on the OS 1st edition map (1858) and as two rectangular buildings on the 2nd edition map of 1901. The 2006 map shows a pond in the area. The remains of the ice house were recorded during coastal zone assessment survey carried out by SCAPE between February and March 2009. it consisted of two separate chambers, surviving to a maximum height of 2m, although much of the roof is missing.
