Full Description
Remains of a whisky still comprising low turf-covered walls forming a sub-rectangular structure measuring 5m by 4m. From an opening in the east wall a channel leads downhill towards the burn. There are no internal features. The isolated location close to a burn, and the size of the structure suggest an illicit still. It does not appear on either the 1st or 2nd edition OS maps.
