Full Description
Remains of a bank, possibly a head dyke, recorded during walkover survey in 2021 ahead of proposed woodland creation (NO37SW0151). It follows the topography, partly using large earthfast boulders. Generally circa 0.75m wide and 0.3m high, although this varies considerably. A relict drystone wall and earth bank deviate indicating that the stone wall was placed on the bank elsewhere.
