Full Description

Remains of a building and enclosure recorded by RCAHMS Glen Clova survey in 1999. The building measures 13.7m by 4m within walls up to 0.5m high, The drystyone wall enclosure to the north-northwest is circa 19m square. Bothe the building and enclosure are shown on the OS 1st edition map. Also recorded during walkover survey in 2021 ahead of proposed woodland creation (NO37SW0150). The enclosure has been partially removed by the road, the surviving sections comprising a narrow earthen bank with a single line of stones evident in places.
