Full Description
Possible corn drying kiln recorded by RCAHMS Glen Clova survey. It stands circa 30m northwest of the nearby ruined farmstead/township of Langholme (NO37SW0023) to which it may relate. The kiln is set into the bank overlooking a burn and measures 1.9m in diameter within walls reduced to grass grown bank 1.4m thick and 0.5m high. The flue opens to the south-southwest. Also recorded during walkover survey in 2021 ahead of proposed woodland creation (NO37SW0150).
