Full Description
Former farmhouse, still in residential use, and site of farmstead, depicted on historic mapping. The 1st edition OS map shows a quadrangular building, with a central range across the central court. To the northwest is a rectangular building (cottage), remains of Blervie Castle (NJ05NE0003) and further to the northwest the farmhouse and garden. By the 2nd edition map the steading courts had been infilled, a horsemill attached to the southwest and other buildings added to the southeast and east of the steading.
