Full Description
Remains of two sheiling huts. They were recorded by Headland Archaeology during a survey of the Balnaboth Estate in 1998. They lie either side of the burn. The northern shieling-hut, on the west side of the burn, measures 7m from northeast to southwest by 4m over low stony banks. Almost immediately south of the burn the southern shieling-hut measures 6m from east-west by 4m over low stony banks.
