Remains of two shielings which were were recorded by Headland Archaeology during a survey of the Balnaboth Estate. The northern hut is aligned north-south along the burn. It measures 4m by 2.5m over low discontinuous stony banks. The southern hut is set at right angles to the burn and measures 6m x 3m over low stony banks. It is better preserved than the hut to the north and appears to be partly built over its ruins.
