Full Description

Remains of two shieling-huts recorded by Headland Archaeology during a survey of the Balnaboth Estate. They lie on the north-east side of the Burn of Glenlogie some 30m downstream of its confluence of the West Burn and Black Latch. The northern shieling-hut is oval and measures 7m from northwest-southeast x 4m over 1.2m wide stony banks standing up to 0.4m in height. The southern shieling-hut is also oval and measures 5m x 4m over 1.2m wide stony banks standing up to 0.3m in height.
