Full Description
Remains of cairns recorded during field survey carried out by Clyde Archaeology in October 2023 ahead of proposed woodland creation (NO35NW0102). Two very small piles of cobbles and boulders and one larger mound next to a waterlogged area appear to represent modern clearance and dumps of stone. No sign of older cairn material was observed.
