Possible cup-marked stone recorded near this location by George Currie during a field survey in circa 2004, featuring one possible cup mark on an exposed rock. The location of the stone is described as 'east of the summit of Castleward Hill above Easter Denoon (NO34SW0035), in an area favoured by cattle'.
