Full Description
Manse, dated 1758, inscribed at the skewputts, with later alterations and additions. Two-storey rubble stone construction with a slated roof. The OS 1st and 2nd edition maps show a square-plan manse with a northeast projection. An east-west row of outbuildings to the northeast of the manse has the east gable forming part of the boundary wall of the Essie Old Parish Church and Graveyard (NO34NE0003).
