Full Description
Farmstead still in use. On the 1st edition OS map it is shown as a wide U-shaped steading, with court open to the south. Within the court are four buildings. To the east are two buildings and to the north-west is a triangular pond with mill dam. By the 2nd edition OS map the buildings within the court have expanded, as has the larger of the two buildings to the east, probably the farmhouse. A further long rectangular building is shown to the south of the steading. A smaller building is shown to the north-west of the farmhouse. The 2006 map shows that this latter building, the long rectangular building to the south of the steading, the pond and a large section of the steading have been removed. The site of the pond is partially redeveloped.
