Full Description
Commemorative cairn on the site of prehistoric cists and possible cairn. Two stone cists containing calcined bones and 'covered by a quantity of land stones' (possibly a cairn) were found in 1863. Stone coffin found in 1863 during drainage operations. A later cairn commemorating the marriage of the Princess Royal of England with the Crown Prince of Russia is built over the site.
