Full Description

Remains of a possible whisky still, recorded in July 2016. It comprises two small levelled platforms edged with a few granite boulders, suggesting the remains of low walls. It measures 3.8m by 1.8m. The site corresponds with a 'black bothy' mentioned in McConnochies' 1891 book Lochnagar.
