Full Description
Remains of a possible burnt mound recorded during walkover survey carried out by AOC Archaeology in May 2019 ahead of a proposed woodland creation scheme (NO26SE0017). It comprises a horseshoe-shaped turf-covered mound with some loose small stones visible. The banks are spread up to 5m wide and are up to 1.4m high. In the centre is a small hollow circa 6m long.
