Full Description
Remains of an enclosure recorded during walkover survey carried out by AOC Archaeology in May 2019 ahead of a proposed woodland creation scheme (NO26SE0017). It comprises a turf and stone bank with a slight ditch on the southwest side, and some large tumbled stones visible. The banks stand 0.8m high and are spread to 2m wide. Probably a field enclosure. At NO2779460880 there are faint traces of rig and furrow comprising mounds and ditches no more than 0.5m high.
