Full Description
Three possible cup-marked stones recorded at this approximate location by George Currie during a field survey in circa 2004. One of the stones features one possible cup mark at the west of a flat boulder measuring 1 m by 0.4 m. The two other possible stones may be related to a stone setting.. The location of the all three stones is described as 'in the trees at Ballunie, 46 paces (circa 46 m) east of a gap in a fence/dyke, 6 paces (circa 6 m) south of a dyke under a tree, and may form part of the Ballunie Hill Circle. The two additional stones are located in the scrub in a field opposite the possible cup-marked stone'
